About these terms
These terms (version 2026-10-06) cover Waiz Earn Promoters, a creator programme operated by Pending owner confirmation: operator legal name. They include the programme rules and the rules of the campaign version you submit under.
Taking part
- You must be at least 18 and able to receive an offered payout method.
- One Promoters account per person. Your Telegram account identifies you; linking TikTok, Instagram or Facebook proves only that you can access that account.
- Invitations are optional. An inviter earns an additional 3% only from a direct invited friend’s approved clip rewards, including milestone increases. The friend must first join through the inviter’s link. The friend keeps the full reward. Commissions follow the same wallet and withdrawal process; no commission is earned from other commissions.
- You are not an employee or agent of Waiz. You are responsible for your content and for following each platform’s rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. By submitting, you let Waiz store and review the clip and evidence. A clip is shown publicly only if you allow the gallery, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
Rewards and money
- Nothing is earned until a person approves it. Estimates are not guarantees.
- Approved amounts are kept in US dollars; pesos are a display at the fixed rate of $1 = ₱60.
- An approval made in error or through fraud can be corrected by a recorded adjustment, never by erasing history.
- Tax: Pending owner confirmation: tax treatment. You are responsible for your own taxes unless the law says otherwise.
Ending
You can leave at any time. Waiz can pause an account for a serious breach, with a written reason and a way to appeal. Approved earnings are not lost just because you remove an account.
Not affiliated
Promoters is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), Telegram or PayPal. TikTok Creator Rewards is a different programme.
